This recipe is so amazing! It’s a great combination of sweet and spicy. Yum.
1 whole pineapple
1/2 c. Soy sauce or Coconut Aminos
2 T. Sriracha
3 T. Sweet Chili sauce
In a large Ziploc bag, add soy sauce, Sriracha, and sweet chili sauce, mix well. Set aside.
Meanwhile, peel and core pineapple. Cut into long sections. Add pineapple to Ziploc bag. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Grill until golden brown on all sides.
