- 2/3 c. Walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 c. Cocoa powder
- 11⁄2 c. Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 T. Vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 T Coconut milk
- 2/3 c. Coconut, shredded
- Place dates in a bowl of warm water to soften them. Drain.
- Add all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Roll dough into balls and roll in cocoa powder.
